If you have more than one blog, caffeinted content is a great WordPress Content Plugin. However, currently there is NO customer service available for this plugin and due to that you have two alternatives!
WP answers which is also a plugin and it does a lot of things such as the Caffeinated Content Plugin!

Your second option is getting the FirePow blogging system. This software is truly a miracle if you ask me for any blogger, BUT it is a lot more expensive for sure!
I am sorry I cannot provide more information on why caffeinated content plugin customer service is not available, however I feel it really is not fair for you to spend the money and NOT get the service you deserve!
As soon as I have more information or any updates on caffeinated content plugin, I will make sure I do let you know!

If your looking for content. I now offer the RSSdoodle plugin the works in much the same way as my Twitterdoodle plugin – pulling keyword based mashups of RSS feeds instead of twitter tweets.
